hi...i performed a firmware update through SEUS to R1JG001...
just experienced this : when i record a video,sound is not recorded...all recorded videos after update are mute...
i've found nothing in K800 Firmware Overview thread related to my problem,so it'll be a favor to help mates,thanks

Check to see if the mic is still on in the video options. Sound works fine for me on R1JG001 K790i APAC updated through SEUS.
