u can unlock it only with the official se code, only se and the operator has got it. w850 is a db2020 secured fone, NO chance to unlock it atm, it was possible for a short time to unlock those fones ( k610, k800 ) but se made some steps and now its not possible anymore

no, only the seller could ask for the code. if its in th uk, u have to ask seller about the code price and if he is able to manage it for u. otherwise no need to bother with it.

Hi. I live in Sweden and the last time I was thinking of changing carrier I checked 3 (www.tre.se) out. I also went to the store (physical store) and Ime sorry to say that their knowledge (spoke with 2 sellers) and basic understanding about cell phones was not very high. First I thought they were a joke but when he said (translated) "In a 4gb memory stick duo card there is a tiny harddrive" I had to literally run out of the store to laugh my ass off. Sort of offtopic but my point is I dont think three in sweden will make you anysmarter when trying to solve this problem...
