> Is a Blackberry possible for me?
Bookmark topic
I am in Switzerland, on Swisscom, and apparently, this network does not support Blackberry...only Orange in Switzerland does. If I wanted to use a Blackberry, I would either have to join a very large company and use their server or I would have to pay someone the equivalent of £50/month and they would add me to their server (it is probably illegal in England to do this, but there are companies in Switzerland who do it).
I am asking any of you techies out there that if I were to purchase a Blackberry and use it on Swisscom, whether there would be any way to check my gmail emails from it etc...as everyone I have spoken to says it is not possible.

Thanks Boba but I think the question I need answered is whether, if my operator does not support Blackberry, I will actually be able to access the internet (GPRS) at all?
