I recently purchased a P990i. Everything on the phone works great so far, however I'm trying to play .mp3's and putting my phone on loud/speaker phone and my back speaker doesn't play, but everything else works, front speaker etc. I don't know if I disabled something in the menu, I tried viewing everything from the "sounds" section in Tools, but nothing seems to make it work, I don't know if the speaker is broken or what, or if its a firmware problem - can someone please help me asap! I have to keep the phone on vibrate at all times because of this problem.
Also where can I find the latest P990i firmware updates to install?

Go to the service menu ( use the jog dial: up * down down * down * ) and go to the tests section/speakers, if it wont play there its broken.
