i hvae a k610 and i have a problem with it
k610's internal memory is 20 mb
but i have only 3.9 mb free on it
i try to correct this by master resettin it but it seems that not worked
i update my phone with SEUS but it's wont correct this too
what should i do?

Is your phone branded? There may be some files from your service provider on it by default. If that's the case, you can either debrand it or simply delete whatever files they've put on it.

But they shouldn't take this much amount of space... A whopping 17 MB... 85% of whole...

Hmm... But 4 mp3 files at 128Kbps would already take up about that amount of storage space anyway.

i said befor that i dont have any files on my phone memory
but i've updated it before
could it be the reason?

only protected files that i can"t delete
the size of those files at max is 1MB
my 17 Mb is lost

Maybe the phone is showing the free space wrongly... You can cross check by transferring files to phone memory and see how much can go...
