Hi all,

I have K750i.

I have installed the latest SEUS v. 2.7.4.8 (from Help>About). When I arrive to the "Select your phone model" screen, There are only some phones listed (at least, not K750i), so I can not continue.



Any ideas?

K750i should be listed, you have to select the 'candy bar' format phone, and scroll to the bottom, it's near the bottom - I updated a K750i last night

Unfortunately, my SEUS screen is as displayed above (see my first post). For K750i, I should be able to find it in the first tab of this window but, when clicked it displays nothing. But only second tab(phones with a cover) and last tab works.

I tried to reinstall SEUS but was not useful.

I believe this is only showing you what is available in your region so maybe pick another region and the update should be fine

There are no region options and changing the language (during startup) modifies only the GUI's language.

sorry, perhaps there is a misunderstanding

when you start SEUS you first click on your country so I am suggesting that you try to click on another country, such as UK.

It has been seen before that this does not affect the firmware you get but clearly you will get more choice of phones including the one you want

I thought that SEUS would automatically detect what phone you have when you plugged the DCU-60 cable by holding the "C" button?

All the times I have upgraded my firmware, I was never asked to select what phone I have.
It only asked me what type of Fastport port my phone has (it had two pictures)


Is this a new SEUS version?

the latest SEUS update has changed from that and now you pick the style of phone (candybar, flip, etc) from the tabs after which it shows you the phones available and then you pick the actual phone as seen in the pic in the first post

The k750 is there.I clicked on the first phone and it`s on the third row.
