Hi, got myself a W810i. Downloaded a theme from your excellent site. Put my memory stick in to my computer. Copied the files .thm in to the theme folder. Re-inserted memory stick in to phone. Went to 'all files' Theme's etc no sign of it any where in settings. Looked in 'memory stick' and all files. Even looked in directories where it shouldnt be. Can not find the new theme.
I am sure its some thing really stupidly simple, but what am I doing wrong?
Thanks guys !!

Did you put it in the correct directory in the memory stick?
(\\MSSEMC\\Media files\\theme)
Sorry if you said, and I missed it, I just don't see any other reason why it wouldn't be showing up.
Try copying it over again perhaps? Copy it to the phone memory? Did you use the phone's cable, or a memory stick reader?
Hope that helps,
dumbrella

Did you perform the SAVE TO REMOVE HARDWARE process? Avoiding this may cause data lose.

...Or just software called sendfile (

Anytime you unplug Flash Disk or Mass Storage USB including your W810i you MUST click the green icon at the bottom right and 'Safely Remove Hardware' from the system. Otherwise, some data in your Memory Stick might be corrupted. Anyway, why don't you try using Bluetooth to transfer files?

Exactly. I assume you have Windows. Anyways, you can use My Phone Explorer(MPE) to send your files from your computer to your mobile and vice versa.
