The Update service in my phone is not working. I have R4EA031 on my phone and i see on R4EC001 top sony which means that it is a new firmware but, my phone is not detecting the new FW so what could be the problem.

FOTA does not always work for all. I have never got it work no matter how I tried. The only way is running SEUS or pay 7 Euro for a credit in Wotan Server.

Get a DCU-60 and run SEUS with your working internet connection. That's the easiest way. Good luck. My K800i never works with FOTA. Always said mine is the latest.
