After upgrading to the latest firmware I noticed that my picture sizes are only about 450kb even when the settings are set to 1600 x 1200 for max resolution. I would imagine that it is only taking pics at the lowest res instead. Anyone else having this issue?

nope lowest res would be a lkot lower than 450KB. I'd say the quality setting is on "normal" as opposed to the better "fine".
