I've had my K550 since it was released. Several times I've noticed that a key stops working. First it was the right arrow. It refused to respond. I restarted the phone and the problem was solved. A week later the "0" key refused to respond. I restarted the phone and it worked again. Same thing has thereafter happened to other keys as well. All problems solved after either a restart or by waiting a few minutes. All other keys work fine wile waiting though.

Has anyone else noticed this problem? It doesn't seem to be a problem with the keys themselves since a restart fixes the problem ... or could I be wrong?

You should wait a new firmware release as there is only one firmware version available(R1JD001)

At Wotan server there's a new firmware already. R1KC I think. Don't know what's the improvement though. Better wait for the official firmware to come out on SEUS.

This happens when you have the camera button slightly depressed. Try holding the right side of the phone a little more loosely and you will be fine. It even happens after you flash the phone with W610 firmware.

I have the same problem with the 4 and 6 keys they usually respond after a few minutes and yes it happens most when I depress the camera button by accident if I start the camera then close it the keys respond immediately, so it leads me to believe its fw
