I have a k750i, but am now upgrading to a k800i, however, I have lots of games on k750i. Is there any way to transfer the games to the phone or to the computer?

the k750 games might not look good on the k800 as they have different screen sizes..

Nope, that's a no-can-do, since the games and programs folders are hidden from the view when connected to the PC. Maybe if you use the development tool SonyEricsson Java SDK's Device Explorer, you can see the folders, though. Otherwise, transfering them to a M2 memory stick mounted in a MS duo adapter is probably the best solution. I'm not sure if that works, though, since the K750 and the K800 may have different file structures of installed games.
Otherwise, installing a game designed for K750 into a K800 fresh from start should not cause any problems, it will work, but the higher screen resolution on the K800 will make the game appear in the upper left corner, or in the center of the screen with black borders around it. I have tried with several games designed for the K700.

Of course, but usually he would have to pay for the games once again, unless they are for free, (or pirated). In some cases, it is not only the game you want to transfer to the new phone, but also saved data, like highscores, game progress, etc. or user data from programs, like bookmarks in OperaMini.

It's possible to backup your installed games. Just open your phone with FAR (as you said it is k750 it can be accessed even if it is CID49) and go to: "tpa/perset/system/ams/" where you can find the installed games. From there copy the files to your pc and you can have the original .jar file you will use to install the same games on your new phone.
