I went to flash it today.I downloaded seus.It downloaded the software.Then it started to transfer it to my phone,My phone flashed,then the update stopped saying failed.I turned my phone on and i get a light blue background,a box in the middle saying at the top error.The error is in a red background.And underneath NO ORGANIZER SOFTWARE SCCRING: 383

try running the update again. be sure the phone is completely charged first.

Apparently this happens to everyone if you don't follow the instructions properly. Your phone battery has to be fully charged, and follow the steps correctly in SEUS. If it doesn't work, try a couple hours later - your internet connection, for best possibilities of it to work should be high speed.

I do follow seus instructions.My battery was fully charged as i swap batteries with my w850i.I will try again later but i don`t think it`s going to work so i`ll be going to the sc tomorrow.I`ve got high speed bb and i`m only 2 mins from the exchange.

before connecting the data cable to the phone, have you removed and replaced the battery?

The batterry in the w850i is the same as the p990i.When i`m using the p990i,the w850i is on charge.I don`t use the w850i anymore,so i`ve always got a battery charged and ready.

Reflash it. And before that delete earliar download firmware under seus's installelion folder. The subfolder's name may be db. Where firmware downloaded. I can't remember the exact folder name right now.

So i took my p990i to the service centre yesterday.They said it had corrupt sofware.They said it will take 20 mins to fix.She came back later and said there was a problem with the se site and would i leave my number and she would call me when it`s ready?I said no as i live 2 hours away and i would wait for it.She brought my phone back ready 2 hours later.She did say sorry for the wait.
