I've just bought an 8Gb pro duo stick for my P990 and it doesn't recognise the full 7.5Gb but only 3,495Mb. Contacted SE New Zealand and they informed me that despite the claims in the literature it does not support 8Gb. Anybody else confirm this?

was it a new 8GB? seems odd I must admit, since P990 expandable memory architecture should support up to 32GB...

I've been trying it with almost everything from 64 MB to 8 GB. working fine on newest firmware.
