i got the K800i about a week ago. when i 1st take picture da colors n brightness were pretty good
all settings normal and auto with auto flash
the picture i took today with these settings:
all settings normal and auto with auto flash
the light in room is the same, i have no idea wat happen to my fone. i try restart, take out battery already still no help
it looks great in the viewfinder before i take the picture but after taking the picture, the picture just turn out to b very dark even flash is on
wat should i do?? is my k800i broken??

could be relation of light source to where u took pics even thought might be in same room as the first pic. Also double check ur setting and make sure nothing added.

yep i did, triple check everything... all settings r fine but still take dark pics
