> K800 not saving call entries
Bookmark topic
Hi guys,
I'm wondering if anyone can help me, my K800i isn't saving my call entries. If I call a number, it doesn't register at all, and if I have a missed call, I find who the missed call was from.
I know you have all said that you wouldn't want it to save them all, but it's very annoying for me as I find it easier to just go into my last calls. Also, it's very important to me that the numbers register from a missed call.
Please help me someone I'm frustrated with this phone already and I've only had it about a week!

your problem will be solved by making master reset to your phone , don't forget to make backup before master reset .

I have a USB SIM reader that backs up everything on the phone onto the PC that would work too wouldn't it?
And it doesn't save dialled, missed or received calls in reply to the other post!
