Hi All,

Need help to forward video on a w830i mobile. It is frustrating as the default player does not allow even pausing.

Any other third party players that can be installed?

What is the operating system of the W830i?

Any help would be highly appreciated...

what you call operating system we call it firmware. what is your firmware?

if you dont know, do this:

>*
> = dpad right
* = asterisk

then go to Service Info, Software Info

W880 has not operating system as it is not a smartphone. It is a java application based phone and there arent any good java apps that allow you to fast forward videos during playback and the phone doesnt have enough processor power to play video through java application. Anyway you can fast forward video using the media player (walkman).

I am not able to open the file (3gp) through the walkman
The file does not show in the playlist. It shows only audio files.
