Afaik I have the latest firmware for my W810i. There is less crackling noises when changing tracks, but when a track starts, for some reason you don't always get the very beginning of the track and it will start 1 - 2 seconds into the song.
Some of the tracks start at the beginning, but others don't.
Is anyone else having the same problem?

What, because of the size I am using (2GB)?
I was thinking of formatting the card and starting over again to see if that helps, but just haven't got round to it yet.

man, a similar thing happens in my w850 :S
shuffle off & what happens?
i pause "song5" (for example) @ 1:36 , go to another place over the phone watch a video or anything after a while i come to the walkman player i find it paused in the middle of "song11" !!
note that i m using the original memory stick that came w/ the fone
