> Bluetooth problem with Windows Vista
Bookmark topic
I'm trying to use my SE K600i with Windows Vista using the Bluetooth dongle that came with my Microsoft Wireless mouse which supports other Bluetooth devices.
I can pair the devices however after doing so there is an entry in Device Manager 'Bluetooth Peripherial Device' which now requires a driver. The problem is I can't find one.
I previously used the phone with Vista with no problems using my old Bluetooth dongle and a version of Widcomm drivers. However, I can't use more than one dongle so I'm stuck.
Anyone got any ideas please?
Many thanks!

Try installing manually, select from the list the "generic adapter" that solved the problem for me.

Which generic adapter do you mean ? I was not able to connect W800i to my new VAIO before I installed Alps bluetooth driver instead of original Toshiba.
Now the phone can be connected but still is detecting as a new hardware without drivers...so which generic adapter should I try ?
I also donīt see its memory stick removable drive on the computer...
