> Problem with W880i turning off on its own?
Bookmark topic
Hi all,
My W880i has been turning itself off recently. I've managed to replicate the problem but giving it a slight tap to the side... even a flick of the finger can make it do it - but not 100% of the time. The tap can be so light I now have to be VERY careful when placing the phone down on a table.
Does any one else have this problem and a solution - I've tried moving the battery around when its turned on but nothing happened so I guess that doesn't have any loose connections?
Help! B4 this thing drives me insane!
Thanks

just be sure the battery is correctly inserted. but i'd take it straight back to the shop it came from for a replacement.

It was an upgrade from Vodafone, so I guess I'd best get onto them

Something's either broke or the contacts are dirty and need cleaning.
