> k800i camera problem.HELP!

ive got an k800i it's worked fine until now. i cannot acces the camera. the message from the phone is " Another application is running. Close it and then start the camera". somebody knows how to fix this problem?.
ive updated my firmware from r1jc002 to r1jG001, and that didnt solved the problem. thx.

It's probably because you have a Java app. or game minimized.

he said he updates fw and still got the problem. so it can't be a minimised program since updating needs a shutdown. right?

i've also faced da same problem with my k790i.... first it died then i got a replacement, but now camera is not working... n i'm sure it a harware problem 'cause it hapened many times ... and when u shake it hard or hit it slightly on a hard surface from side it starts working... and again if any vibration happens it stops working...
but now it takes a lot of trouble to make it working again...

Could be a problem with the camera's ribbon cable, it's either being slightly torn, or the microswitch that activates the camera when you open the cover's come off, or the connectoes are dirty.
Also try updating the firmware and see if that helps.

screw drivers at my home weren't able to open that bloody screw inside at the top of mob....... so I cudn't see any ribbon cable... i think i'll hv to take it to the service centre.....
