It's an i-mode phone, in my country (NL) still available, but only in shops, selling phones and contracts on KPN, the Dutch network, licenced to provide i-mode services.
In the UK, O2 has this license, so that's where you'll have to seach for this phone.

@Jojo: It's neither K610m, nor K610i, it's the K610im, a different model, with i-mode browser.

I-mode is some kind of mobile internet (using its own browser), originally from Japan, but NTT/DoCoMo sold the license to provide these services to several other networks, i.e. KPN in The Netherlands, O2 in the UK.

This means, the phones are branded, you can't use another browser on them, but when you actually use these services, this is no problem, the i-mode browser works smoothly, both on GPRS and UMTS.

The networks, providing i-mode, have exclusive contracts with several companies, for interesting services.

We use it for mobile banking and some location based services.
