Hello, new to this site.
My K800 has gone completely dead, when trying to switch on a red light flashes out of the infared. Reading through some of the forums the general advise is to download the flash software from SE, howeverwhen pressing C, it does not work, when I press 2 and 5 together it starts updating software, but eventually stops and asks to start over as the phone is not recognised.
looked into the Wotan website, but I wasnt sure on the next steps.
Good advise would be greatly apreciated as I have a lot on numbers that I would really like to retain.

it could be your phone just had too low battery to start. now that you've attempted reflashing, try getting a FULLY charged battery and reflashing the phone again?

Hi Thanks for replying
The phone had a full charge just before it went dead, I will however try and get an additional battery tommorow and try again
