I would just like to ask what's the difference between K790i and K800i ?

I have a K790i, i have done restore factory setting , and it seems to me that the quality of the software of the phone has degraded, the voice quality and the camera quality.

Does it always happens that after restoreing the factory reset, the quality of the camrea voice ,and software degardes ?

plz help me out and suggest what to do now.........................

K790 has edge and not 3g. K800 has 3g but not edge.

The 800 has a second camera on the front, upper left, for 3G video calls. No 3G on the 790 means no video calls and no front camera. That's about it really.
