I know its an old phone now but I've only recently looked at the phone on

website and it took my liking.
Just taken delivery of a brand new (O2 branded), sealed

Z710i in Metallic Sand along with a matching colour HBH-PV705 and a 64mb MSM-M2 in the box. Got it off Ebay for £48 inc P&P which is a good buy imo
Charged the phone and headset up this morning and been playing with it all day. Its a really nice handset and I'm glad I dropped on the metallic sand colour (was looking at buying the black version from Carphone Warehouse's site) as it goes well with the chrome trim around the phone.
Keypad is very good as well with the raised buttons making them easier to press along with a bright blue backlight.
Theres also an extra button on the keypad in the bottom left corner which goes straight to the Messaging folder. Non of my other

's had this on before.
The

HBH-PV705 is also very well made and the metallic sand/chrome colour compliments the Z710i nicely making it the perfect accessory for the phone.
I found the HBH-PV705 to be much more comfortable and better fitting than my previous

bluetooth headset (the

HBH-PV700 in white/blue) and also slightly smaller. Sound through the earpiece also seems clearer on the PV705 compaired to my PV700.
A few pics taken with on of my K800's:

Nice one!
I had the choice of a Z710i or a Nokia 6131 at upgrade time last November... and for some reason I went for the Nokia!
Wish I'd gone for the Z710i now!

The menu is exactly the same as my K800 and the 2mp camera is quite good for a fixed focus one.
The only downside I can see is the lack of an led flash/light, No zoom available in 2mp setting on the camera (same as the

W850) and cannot view pictures or video's in Landscape.
Other than that I've not noticed any problems but the O2 branding is deffo going to go.
Took this pic on my way home from work earlier. Was driving at the time which is why there is a little blurring on the sides (doing 40mph).

The Z710 cam out around the same time as the Z610 as far as I know Jojo. The Z710 is 2G with a fixed focus 2mp camera wheras the Z610 is 3G with a 2mp camera with Auto Focus
Something for you to look at
Sony Ericsson.com Z710, Z610, Z750 comparison
Specs on

's website say that the Z710 doesn't have a speakerphone. Mine does have this

Nah was an auction. Put a bid in 1 hour before it ended and went straight through to the end
Just checked SEUS for an update. Says that there is for O2 branded. Just updated it to R1JC002
Menu's are lots faster I've noticed and also there's the animated icon's on the menu screen.
Video thumbnail preview is also present now like on the K800.
