@ricky - I think NOT. As long as you have your files PLACED in your external memory card and NOT in your INTERNAL memory, as much as possible leave the INTERNAL one FILE-free . . . I think a 4GB card will RUN on the W800 mate . . . !

There will be absolutely no difference in the performance of your handset.

Certainly, it will take more time to copy 2GB than 1GB... but it will be the same speed.

Look for the MS PRO-HG 60MB/sec!!

My W800 runs just as fast using either the bundled 512 MB card or my 2 GB one. The only difference I see is that it takes longer to unfreeze when you insert the card and the "tracks" menu in the W player takes longer to load because there's so many more tracks.
