i just got my upgrade phone today with new sim card and all of a sudden the signal is awful

on my k610 it was brilliant now just disappeared

has having a 3g card got anything to do with it?

any help im desparate i dont have a working phone!

Hmm, sounds weird. I had no trouble when I switched from my V600i (3G) to my W810 so I doubt it has something to do with that. Give Orange a call.

u should call them, maybe its only a temporary system failure. meanwhile, u could also let check the fone. did u tested the same sim in the same area with another fone too?
