I'm new to these forums. I got a W950i a week ago. I have a few things that I would like to know about this cellphone. I've already searched the forums plenty of times and I haven't found what I was looking for.

Firstly, I want to know that is there any Vista compatible version of SEUS available? Is anyone having any problems with running SEUS on Windows Vista Ultimate 32 - Bit. I also wanted a Vista compatible version of Mysh's M3, if there is any. If there's a Vista compatible version of SEUS available, kindly post the link.

I wanted to know of a good software like My Phone Explorer for the W950i. Since it's Symbian, MPE won't work with it.

Lastly, the current version of my cellphone's firmware is CXC 162037 R9C001. What is the version of the latest firmware available and is the upgrade worth it. The cellphone is a bit laggy right now. It's slow when you're running multiple applications.

Welcome Aboard, the SEUS which is available in the SE site works in vista ( at least for me) with the following tweaks

1) Right click on the shortcut in the desktop and choose comptability, under that choose "Windows XP"
2) Also select "run in administrative rights" (something of that sort)

The backdrop is while running seus the color depth will be dropped and also keep in mind to close the warning baloon in the system tray else the seus would be looping in the start screen.

M3 currently does work in vista without any issues.

The firware depends on the CDA of the phone, mine are the following which I beleive to the latest.

CDA162014/2 R6a13

Well, the error that I get when running SEUS is that " Could not locate a Java Virtual Machine ". Vista already has Java in it and I also tried downloading and installing it. But, Vista already has Java. And about M3, Quicktime conflicts with Vista Aero, and without Quicktime, it can't convert the videos to .3gp, can it?
