I've just received a leaflet with my bill for the new price plans
and as said before it is £1 for 15MB and £2 thereafter for each MB EACH DAY!!
and they will also change the Extra Packs too to JUST TEXT ONLY
so my question is i have a £14 text pack included in my contract
which included web browsing allowance and which i use most of it for
Does that voilate the T&C i signed my contract to and can i cancel it on that basis ??
Thanks

The £1 for 15MB of data is per day not per month.
I think that as these are add ons then they are not technically a change to your contract. You can always ask them.

@ayejatt...
this wont be in breach of your T&C because ur T&C's will state that Vodafone are allowed to change ANYTHING about your contract, including price, what u get etc etc as long as they give u at least 28 days notice!!!
So unfortunately u r stuck with what they give u on the leaflet...

If its a bundle then no you won't be able to cancel. If its a change to the normal. Days rate for eveyone without a bundle and its an increase above the retail index price (which is normally 5%) then you have the legal right to cancel without charge as its an unfair change to your t&c's which is bound by the contracts act 1965. Hope this helps. Ps. U must notify them of your wish to cancel for the above reason within 30 faid of being notified :o)
