> Why does my p900 hate me?

My p900 hates me, I know it.
Recently, the [back] and [menu] buttons stopped working on the keypad (which is annoying when trying to text/lock etc) so I removed the keypad with the intention of buying a new one for it.
After putting my phone into Flip Removed mode, I found to my dismay that not only do the keys not work on my keypad BUT ALSO THE ONSCREEN ONE TOO!!
This means that it is an operating system problem but the odd thing is that it does it randomly. It can do it within a couple of minutes of turning it on or a few days. A reset will fix it for a short time but is there any permanent cure short of resetting my phone (too many apps i would need to re-install!)
Anyone else have a problem like this?

Since both the keys are problematic, it's a prob with the OS...

Do a backup and then a master reset. Maybe your P900 needs to relearn few things.
