assuming you use an SE, try downloading SEUS for free from the sony ericsson website. then just plug your phone in and follow the instructions. for more firmware information, you can search for the related phone specific firmware threads in the software section.

just download SEUS from sonyericsson.com in the help and support section, plug your phone to your PC using the supplied USB cable and off you go. have you installed the drivers and stuff for your phone in your PC? if no, just plug your phone in first, then insert the CD that came with the phone.

camera drivers? no help here, never went that far with my phone, sorry. you can do a search for the camera drivers thread, i'm sure there's one in here somewhere with detailed instructions and such.
