I reallly really want to debrand my phone so i downloaded phone xs ++ but when i click start and hold in c and connect the phone it lets me wait for 30 seconds and then says 'failed open' and then under the writing 'hold c connect phone etc.' its says Error: Cannot open phone communication port!!

Please HELP
