> Graphic card help needed Please!!!

Can someone please help me on this one.I got a graphic card with 128mb for my PC,pluged it in and when l switch the pc on.It boots but after a while it restarts all by itself and keeps on doing so!
PC specs,
Intel Celeron C,2.53 processor,702MB ram.

Sometimes it makes it to Windows to,shows my Home Screen & all the icons,then poof,it restarts.At one time it had boot ok and and the Found new hardware poped up,then it restarted,but now it restarts in the middle of the windows welcome screen.

has you mother board got on board graphics??? it could be turned on in the bios ???has your pc ever worked??? have you tried starting in safe mode by pressing f8 before the windows splash screen starts to load????

yeah, if it has onboard video, try that and see it if it works. if yes, then GPU is the problem
