what version of PC suite for smartphones is the latest and newest version? Cuz I seeing 1.2 on the website and 1.3 elsewhere. I Installed the 1.2 and when I click on it in the all programs list I get a error for the application launcher saying "unable to load configuration"

yes. the latest version is 1.3.11 It appeared briefly on se website. the link is removed. but the file is still there.
