> Unlocking method for W950i

Hi I am new to the forum.
I have obtained my unlocking code for my w950i, yet it says for me to press * move joystick left twice then press * again to allow me to bring up menu to enter the code yet this doesn't seem to work. Anyone have any ideas?

If memory serves me right its UP*DOWN DOWN*DOWN* and that will take u to service menu.

Or, if those instructions for the W950i are correct, it would be
up, *, *, up.

Positive, i have my W950i in my hand and i have just done it again!!
So thats.........
From the standby screen jog dial
DOWN * then
* again and then jog dial
DOWN once more and the lock selection screen will be displayed!
