I just purchased a username and password combo so that I can make use of the EricsClient software to remotely unlock my T68i phone. I have followed the instructions to the letter and found that the program doesn't even try to access the internet.
I have tried other versions of this software, newer and older, and it's all the same.
I have not got any firewalls, nor am I going through any kind of proxy in order to access the internet. It's a straight forward dialup connection. I also have a program that monitors which programs have ports open to the internet and EricsClient never shows up on it.
The status bar remains static at the "power on phone" part. I have tried doing it with the phone off first, and also turning on the phone when it prompts me to. No difference.
I have another T68i and tried it with that, same result!
Anyone else experienced something similar?
Thanks to anyone who even gives me the slightest bit of help to get me out of this dilemma
