hey guys,
I am kinda new to all this cell phone stuff.. I am debating between 5 phones. Please let me know which one is the best. Even though camera, mp3 player and looks should be there, my main concern is usabilty. I had LG 5400 and it wouldn't work inside my house.. i always had to go stand of the window to talk. So which phones has the best signal strenth/reception as well as overall quality?

2 year agreement with Fido..
LG Chocolate will cost me CAD $125
Nokia 6126 will cost me CAD $50
SE W300 Black will cost me CAD $50
SE Z550a will cost me CAD $75 (looks attractive)
SE Z710i will cost me CAD $100 (nice features, but the huge screen on the front kinda makes it less attractive)

ps.. I am kinda leaning towards SE Z550a, but not sure if that's a good choice.. and SE Z710i is my second choice..
Please help me decide

if you can afford z710, go for it. otherwise its z550.

@musa - Since you said you are keen on gettin 'the Z550a, better wait a little more while before gettin' the unit mate . . . maybe some members who has the Z550a will make their posts here . . . for the Z710, try sending - Rookwise a PM (private message) as he owns one . . . !

another thing that bothers me about 710 is that it's only got 10mb of internal memory whereas 550 has 25mb. and since i already got a mp3 player i don't plan on buying a memory card...

I really like my Z710...the screen is damn bright even with the lowest brightness settings and the reception is much improved over my old Samsung E335. I get one or two bars now in dead zones where I used to get none and cutouts. The external screen is monochrome so it's easy to read under any lighting conditions. Definitely a good choice.

It does come with a 64MB M2 Memory Stick already inside and you can expand it to your heart's content if you want to. Battery life is also pretty good...with fairly light use, I can pull off 5 days on standby without charging. With my moderate usage...I can usually get 3-4 days between charges.
