well i've noticed a lot of people lately have had a problem with wotanserver, either there customer service or the client has done something to there phone, whats up with them atm?

i used them a while back to debrand my k800i and its still fine to this day. However i bought a w810i from ebay a couple of days ago and i wanna debrand it(if it finally comes :@), i was going to use wotan no doubt about it but after hearing these problems im drifting toward the idea of davinci.

I used Wotan last week to reflash my faulty K800 and had no problems at all.

Can't comment for everyone but it all went smoothly for me.

First time I'd used it and the Wotan guide was clear and concise.

No complaints here!

Hi,

we provide same quality service all the time. Number of our customers increased rapidly in past few weeks so there is more issues. Most of customers facing problems because they do not read Getting Started Guide or do not use out support system at http://www.wotanserver.com/support/ and instead trying contact us by PM or direct posting on the forums.

@palex imo its better to discuss such questions outside of esato, as mentioned above wotan has its own forum aswell. as a member here, me would disturb, if esato questions would been discussed on wotan forum...

I used Wotan several times with my K800i and to tell you the truth, I found no problems so far. The phone just works perfectly. I installed R1JC002, R1JG001, R1KC001, then converted my K800 to K810 successfully, updated my EROM, changed my CDA, reverted it back, flashed to R1KG001 and so on---at least 10 times, including flashing a friend's K750i to W800i. Nothing troublesome. Just, I got 1E0W, 99E0W, or 80E0W under my customization info which luckily proves itself at the end that it doesn't at all affect the phone's functionality. I agree with some users that Wotan should have had a forum like Davinci or SE-Tool to discuss problems. Wotan's style to submit tickets personally sometimes takes much and longer time..and in several cases a ticket isn't responded at all or not replied accordingly. In general, Wotan is very very end-user friendly and easy to do. One thing, any left credit will expire 12 months after purchasing date. That's silly...
