it's called "internet Video converter" it's legal, free and very good...
you can convert videos that are already on you pc or download stuff and convert at the same type... converts more filetypes than any other converter I tried (and manages to convert even some files that other converters reject as "corrupted"...)

You're welcome, young sir aatuif... (oh, the ui doesn't look impressive...but it works well!!!)

count, i don't care for the ui, as long as the program deliver the goods which it is intended to... and what is it's compression ratio, should be about 10:1 or more...
