ok i want to unlock a w810i and debrand?
im gonna debrand via wotan and then go into town and get it unlocked, this will be ok right? it dont matter which way you do it?
I think this would be better as SEUS can sometimes relock your phone

u should let it unbrand and unlock in the city imo, in the same place. just imagine, sg goes wrong and in that case, u can turn to somewhere to complain. next to it, its better to use for unlocking and debranding the same "tool"

ugh id rather unbrand myself but whats difference between unbranding via wotan, then getting unlocked in a shop rather that just unlocking a factory unbranded or a operator branded phone. and this shop dnt do unbrandings.

i prefer to do any kind of debranding and unlocking by experts. ok, its really not a big deal on our own, but there is a alwasy a certain percent that sg can go wrong and i rather let it do by someone, who has experiences.

SG is boba speak for "something"
to put a converse argument, don't be afraid of doing these updates using the methods you mention. I was dead scared the first time I did a flash using an alternate method but now I have done so many I can't remember how many and have never once had a fatal problem
