> T61 backgroung question

Hi guys/gals. I'm a newb and yes I used the search function. So heres my question. I just spent an hounr editing a picture on my T61 and now I want to use it as my background but I can't figure out how. Is this possible? All I get when I chose My Pictures are the stupid default ones....any help is appreciated. Thanks, DD
