1. the total call time in service tests menu and from the call timers menu (from settings) dont match. its way high in the service tests menu. both were zero when i bought the phone and i've never cleared the timers. why is this happening ??
2. i'm from india and use airtel. mms aint working. i tried the settings given from the cc and also from se site but both doesnt help. can somebody gimme a step by step guide to this ?
3. is there any way to backup sms on my pc ? i read somewhere that MyPhoneExplorer is one such. i installed it but it doesnt run. when i try to run it, a small window comes on the centre of the screen that says its loading... and thats all. it comes on top of every other window and i've to end the task from the task manager. is there any way to fix this or any other softy for this purpose ?
4. can i increase my sms memory ?
5. can i lock the inbox or file manager with a password ?

i've call them and activate it, which i've done.
BTW i dont see such a menu in my w810i.

sorry, that all i got. but if u stored the settings what was sent for u from se online confugurator, then i really donnow what can be the probelm. they alwasy send the right settings, no need for any editation after it...

err... all fields are filled.
when i try to send an mms, after a few mins it says sending failed and saves it in the outbox.
when i call up the cc and ask them to send the settings, they do and i get a message saying "theres an mms for you at and also gives a passcode.
when i open that link, it says error 403: you are not allowed to communicate with this resource

You mean all fields are filled as directed, shown on that site... and still you 've problems... 've you activated the mms settings, which you entered...
