i am on the £30 plan on orange (18 month)
what is the best they have given somebody when this has finished
how does it happen do they just ring you and offer you another fone etc
or do you contact them with your demands

i used to ring when my year had finished and say i'm leaving because i can get this some were else and 9 out of ten i got what i wanted.
