> M600 bad sound after fall

My M600 with the latest firmware was verry good at sound (telephone) but a few days my phone felt on the ground and since then my sound quality is bad (it is not loud) it is ik when i use the earphone, but just holding it at my ear the sound comes from far away, is it possible because of the fall (otherwise there is no sctratch on the phone) the something is wrong at the sound or another update can solve this ?
