I know I'm not hitting the Volume or keys when I pull my phone out of its belt case... As soon as I lift the flap on the case, exposing the camera lens (?), the incoming call is immediately sent to VoiceMail This doesn't happen any other time, e.g. the phone is in my hand, on a desk, etc. The profile isn't set up for call forwarding/rejection, either.

My W810 doesn't do this, nor any prior phone.

Is there a setting I'm missing?

Thanks for all your help

Anyway, the magnet in the flap pf my case is causing the problem. Having it so close to the phone, then moving it away, does it. The motion of the magnet must be inducing just the right current somewhere in the phone, one that triggers the "ignore call" function.

Weird - and it also means I need a new case

I partly figured it out, thanks to the "play sound when opened" feature of this phone.

The switch that tells the phone whether it is open or shut is metal and/or magnetic. When I close the phone in its case, the case's magnet opens the switch! So the phone thinks its open when its shut. Thus, when a call comes in and I open the case lid, the phone switch closes, so the phone thinks it was open and now shut - which, of course, hangs up on the incoming call.

Now to return this case if I can, and get another one. Maybe an IPJ-60? Sans "jewelry" of course.
