Watched "28 Days Later" and liked it. Saw the trailer for "28 Weeks Later" and am anxious to see it, despite its obvious anti-American sentiment

Anyone else?

I like the first one and I have read good reviews on this - said to be even better than 28 days.

Yeah I enjoyed the first one, but can anyone explain what this anti-American aspect of the film is?

Watched it today at work, wasn’t that impressed with the first, although I did like this one better, a lot more gore and fun recognising all the roads around by my work. I’ll give it 7 out of 10

If this is the UK, why are Americans (and no one else) in charge? I can't imagine there wouldn't be a NATO or UN response to such a calamity.
Americans are in charge... and everything goes to sh!t.
Americans are in charge, everything goes to sh!t... so the commanding officer gives the order to "kill anything that moves."

I could be wrong, as I've only seen the trailer so far (trailer cut-scenes are often presented out of context, obviously). But that's one impression that immediately comes across.

Regardless, I'm still watching it
