So I noticed a lot of other SE phones have the ability to flash it to another model AND having Walkman function addition.

I've ordered a mini 3.5mm adaptor so I can use my Sennheiser CX300 in-ear phones in the gym.

But I wonder if it is possible to flash some other firmware with Walkman function, because it seems the walkman has a lot more features and a nice interface.

Just wonderin if it is possible in the near future or something?

the media player in K610 is roughly the same things as the walkman player in the W800. In other words it's much better than the standard K750 media player, if it was me I'd be happy enough with the K610 player.

I don't think there's a Walkman equivalent of the k610i, so don't think that you can do that. why not just stick to the default media player which is as good as...?

Allright so the media-player of the K610i is quite good then.
I just tought everyone upgrades their K750 to W800 cuz of the better Music function, but the K750 media player just sucks I guess.

However if it will be compiled it would sound great.
I just checked the W660 on the SE site, it gots actually the same specs but I like the Walkman interface.

Well I guess it is just a matter of time if it would be possible in the future..

K750 music quality is as good as W800, but the media player interface on the W800 has more features and flexibility.

^^ Yeah, I do know that I can't upgrade the quality of music of course, but indeed I like those features of the Walkman function.
I saw Album-art and the readings of ID3-tags (on the K610i it does read it, but it doesn't scroll if it got more than ~16characters so I can't read half of it mostly). And the interface looks nice!

yep, the non-scrolling is a problem in W800 player also....
