> ebay shop/power seller

Today I visited my local mobile phone unlocking shop, I sold the owner some setool credits, (for those of you who dont know what this is it is basically what you need to unlock the latest phones via a server). Anyway, we got chatting he offered me a decent price. I then told him I used ebay and some forums (here) to buy and sell phones. He was very interested in my ebay selling schemes, and also interested in my website abilities (which are minimal at present).
Anyway, the bottom line is he wants me to set up an ebay shop for him, I list the items ans get 50% of the profit, he dosnt have the time for this. He said that I could set it up to sell mobile phone accessories and unlocking services in the future and said that we would be business partners.
Anyway I need some advice on what to do now:
How much work is involved in setting up an ebay shop?
Will I be able to cope with it if I have another job 40+ hours a week?
Is this similar to a powerseller? Would a powerseller do?
The amount of phones will obviously vary so it is hard to estimate, but in general how much work is it? say for 10-20 phones/accessories a week.
Its a bit of a long story, but the bottom line is that I could make some more money, (always nice), but will it be worth it? Is there any major risks involved?
As for the website I need to think about that, perhaps I could maintain it, but Im no use at designing nice logos, layouts, plus secure transactions apparently are difficult to implement.
