actually about any SE phone in general:
IF I buy for ex. a P800 from france, is it going to work in other countries? is there any difference in its softwares or applications or even its manual, language wise? cause i dont want to buy something from belgium for ex, then find out its not working in UAE.

the triband phone will work anywhere unless it's locked for a specific network.

If the phone is a tri-band, then it will work on almost every network in the world. The only difference will be in the software, whilst some options may be available in europe which may not be here, in the U.A.E, or not supported by the network here. So its not a big deal, since the whole software can be replaced here in the SE Service Point in U.A.E, so nothing to worry about, you can buy one from anywhere around the world and it may work without conflict, and...if you're going to obtain a P800 from Europe upon its release, then make it two for me...!! lol

to cadcad:
If your network provider in Lebanon release the P800, PLEASE LET US KNOW, COZ IT WILL GIVE US SOME CLUES, SOMEHOW....

Thanx
