try imageshack. they upload and resize online for you...

or you could try irfanview, its the best free image viewer as it supports a vast array of different image files. also has a batch image resize tool

search for "image resizer" on google. it will be the top one. its a microsoft power toy. u just install. then right click one of your pics and go to "resize pictures". its great
