I just downloaded some menu icons and all seemed great! However their listed as rar files. Any one can give me some insite to turn them to ml?

RAR is a compressed file, much like zip. you need
WinRAR to extract the files

you need to decompress that .rar file. inside it, there is the menu.ml and the icons(gif or png files).

Ok tranced. Im now in far manager and I have clicked on the menu. I now see the png files and the ml. Now how do I take them out?
